I rented the upstairs apartment from Nov until the end of April! It is clean, cozy and convenient ! Kathy is a top notch landlord. Fast response and took care of anything I needed!

I stayed in this apartment during a travel nurse assignment in Rapid City, and it truly had everything I needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to feel like a home away from home. The apartment comes fully furnished with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in right away. Both bedrooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, ample dresser space, and generous closets—perfect for longer stays. The location is another big plus. It offers a quick and easy commute to the hospital, along with convenient access to nearby grocery stores and everyday necessities. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this apartment to fellow travel nurses or professionals on temporary assignments.
