Clean, Safe and Welcoming
Brian’s home is incredibly clean and safe, in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. He does BG checks on renters to increase a sense of security and ensures that all guests, as well as he, are respectful of privacy. It’s awesome that it’s pet friendly, too. Brian himself is a very warm and caring person, who checks in to ensure you are well. I had an urgent medical event early in my stay there and he was very kind and concerned. It’s like having a big brother. Highly recommend.

Will stay again
For starters, thank you again Brian for your amazing hospitality, kindness and respect. Brian home is located in a great area away from the busy city and close to the highways to get there and back. The house is in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood. I never had any issues. I worked nights while I stayed here for 6 months and never had any issues sleeping during the day nor heard any noise. Never had any concerns living here since Im female staying in a male landlord home. I will definitely reach out to stay here again in the future. Thank you again for your hospitality.
