Highly recommend - cozy in Maryville

Alf and Christie were incredibly accommodating and flexible for our stay! We live locally and had an emergency situation that required temporary relocation. They were great with communication and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We loved the unit we stayed in, it was cozy and inviting. We are grateful for their hospitality:)

Everything I needed and more

Great apartment. Compact but everything I needed. Comfortable bed, good shower. It was walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and Sat markets. Had a very comfortable stay.

This apartment was a great experience. I've had to stay in 5 different places over my college experience for internships, and I stayed here for my summer internship. Alf (the landlord) without a doubt is the best landlord I've ever had. If there was ever any problem or I had a question, he was quick to respond and took care of things right away, and he never charged me a dime. Truly a caring person. Wifi question? Trash help? Just need a broom to clean up? Alf always had me covered. I can't commend him enough. The apartment was very new and everything was nice and clean. Shower, toilet, sinks, all worked perfectly. Never had any problems with noise from nearby tenants or anything. I especially like how there are cameras set up around the property which made me feel like myself, my car, and the rest of my belongings were kept safe. I also appreciated the parking right outside of my apartment. I highly recommend staying here to any traveling nurse or college student. You're in good hands

I had an amazing experience staying here! Alf and Christie were incredibly responsive and always so helpful throughout my stay. The area is great, and the unit was perfect for my long-term stay in the Maryville area. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
