Calm Coastal Comfort Home

Great place with an even better landlord.

Found this place while working at the Amazon fulfillment warehouse. Nice neighborhood, no issues at all to report. House is spacious, including a large playroom or whatever you want to make out of it. Fenced in back yard that has enough space for what you need it for. Every slight issue I had was fixed almost immediately. Hot water acted weird one day, she had it fixed within a couple hours. The AC acted up (wasn't keeping the house cooled during the day), she had someone check it the next day. He saw that the entire unit needed replaced, and she had it done and working the next day. An entire new unit. Idk what luck I had when finding this place, but I hope it doesn't change anytime soon lol.

Studio Blanco was a great place to Stay!

It's located in a friendly neighborhood that is reasonably close to everything. Whether you are going to beach or downtown they are both no more than 10-15 minutes away. The studio was very clean and well maintained. With everything you could need for a short or longer term stay. You can really see the care that was put into the space. Sonia and her husband were both so lovely throughout the whole stay and process. As well as, quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our time at Studio Blanco!

I had a wonderful stay at this home! The space was clean, cozy, and well taken care of, but what truly made the experience special was Sonia herself. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and felt completely comfortable. Their involvement and genuine care made all the difference I couldnt have asked for a better host. Highly recommend!
