Truly an escape from reality!

I would give this location 10/10 stars if it were an option! As soon as you walk through the door, you feel like you are transported to your own personal oasis vacation rental. The simplicity of the decor that clearly has all been selected with care. Everything is clean with plenty of room to spread out and "make myself at home" during my stay. The backyard is massive! With plenty of seating under the awning, after treating myself to sunrise/sunset yoga each day. If you are looking to do a little more this location is close to downtown and just a 15/20 minute drive to Whiskeytown Lake. The landlords were fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with. If you happen to come upon this rental location, look no further. Planning my next visit just to stay at the Abode on Olive!

Comfy Paradise

Ill just start off by saying the craftsmanship of this home is stunning, every room in this house is so cozy and inviting. The entire home is well decorated, not overwhelming very clean and tasteful. Im completely obsessed with their kitchen, you can tell its been recently remodeled- its perfection (taking notes for my kitchen back home). I spent a lot of time in their backyard, honestly never wanted to leave-the backyard vibes were vibing!! Truly this house was everything we needed, I was staying in town visiting family and the best part of my day was coming home at night knowing I had a comfy bed to snuggle in after a long day with family!! I have no need to look for another rental when Im in Redding, this home was perfection.

Its evident that every detail, from the non-toxic finishes to the natural-foraging dcor, was thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious and revitalizing environment. This home is clean, spacious, and holds a warm, welcoming energy inviting you to unwind in so many stunning spaces. The backyard feels like a private escape, perfect for quiet mornings or grounding after a long day. You can truly feel the care put into this space. The landlords are incredibly lovely- engaged, communicative, and kind. Their hospitality and responsiveness makes the experience effortless and enjoyable. It truly feels like an honor to stay here. If you are looking for a rental that feels alive with intention and peaceful artistry, this is the place.
