This complex consists of 36 condos located in three separate buildings. There are common areas where people walk their pets, a community pool and jacuzzi located within the grounds. There are also 6 separate garbage bins throughout the property. The property is located one city block from the Montclair Mall.

Queen bedroom with private bathroom for rent. Female preferred. This is a 3 bedroom condo and I already have one (female) occupant in another bedroom. Has full kitchen, fully furnished, wifi, parking, etc. Current tenant extended through mid January, after which the entire unit can be rented as a whole for $3000/month. Absolutely no pets.

An amazing stay!
Armando is absolutely awesome. He was always available whenever we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home throughout our stay. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. Its a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a long-term stay. The layout is comfortable and functional, making it easy to settle in from day one. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, quiet, and family-oriented with friendly neighbors, and we always felt comfortable at any hour. Its also conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, and multiple hospitals in the Montclair, Pomona, Chino, and San Dimas areas. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend it, especially for healthcare professionals or medical students looking for a peaceful home away from home!

Beautiful property with an elegant atmosphere and exceptional cleanliness. The location was convenient, the space felt welcoming, and the overall stay was incredibly comfortable. Armando was amazing, he always answered our questions and was there to help. I highly recommend this place if you're a student doing your rotations at nearby hospitals or a travel nurse!
