Newly Renovated 2 Bedroom Well-Lit Basement Apartment

I completely enjoyed my two month stay in this lovely apartment. It is well laid out and obviously professionally decorated. Beautiful, warm (3 mini splits and a radiant bathroom floor). Comfortable linens. And safe. As a solo female with sometimes late hours I never felt unsafe. It is also walking distance from groceries, bars and restaurants. Very considerate and easy to work with landlords upstairs. I would not hesitate to rent again. Note: it has entry stairs down, so not for mobility issues.
