Renting from Jaxon at this property has been the perfect experience. Highlights of the space-> 1. The downstairs living room is very comfortable with 2 couches and a cool view to the train yard. It's a great hangout after work or on the weekend. 2. The bedroom curtains are so dark. 3. Good space for clothes and storage. 4. The shower, washer and dryer are great. 5. Kitchen works very well, with a table for 2 plus bar seats. Most important -> Jaxon is a pleasure to speak with and seems very comfortable. He was perfect during the background/contract/move-in. It's immediately clear he puts a lot of time and effort to care about this space. The property is well cared for inside and outside. The HVAC works great and there are security features on the outside of the house. Location is convenient in a growing part of Atlanta. Chattahoochee and Howell Mill are very close, with Midtown only a few minutes farther. It takes 5 minutes to get on 285.

Great place to stay with an amazing landlord!

I spent five months at this apartment and cannot recommend it enough. The space is incredibly spacious and came fully equipped with all the essentials, making the transition very easy. One of the best parts was that it was consistently quiet and peaceful. The landlord was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to live, this is it!
