Our house is located on a large corner lot of a private cul de sac. It sits own 2 acres of land with plenty of outdoor seating. The space is in the lower level basement of our home that is newly refinished last year and fully furnished. Guest have full private access to this space. Their is a king size bed in the bedroom and a closet with hanging rod and luggage racks, also a mini ironing board.
