Beautiful and charming Asheville Rental

My favorite things were the huge fenced-in yard, smart TVs, & the landlord was kind and efficient. It had all the things I needed. When I arrived, there was only one window unit. Upon request, the landlord installed two more window units within 24 hours. He also installed motion lights in the backyard. The landlord is quick to respond, great communication, never pushy & willing to work with me if needed. He let me know if there was anyone working around the property (fence painted, yard mowed, etc.). I can't say enough good things. The house itself is charming & sturdy, full kitchen, full-size washer & dryer, great water pressure, secure & quiet neighborhood. I work nights & was only woken up once. There is a main roadway close by but not noticeable. Hardwood floors for easy cleaning. A bulletin board. Plenty of closet & storage space. The only complaint I would have is that I had to leave. This is a diamond in the ruff & if you have the chance, snag it up. You won't be disappointed.
