It's really hot without ceiling fans or box fans
Cons to this house it's on a really busy intersection with alot of traffic & with glass pane windows you hear coqui frogs constantly chirping & you would need a box fan or noise machine to block all of noise.It's really hot without AC or ceiling fan it feel hotter with the humidity in the house caused my phone to overheat & I felt dehydrated from sweating.I had to sit in my car for a hr to cool off. If working days or nights you will not get any sleep.Home owners refuses to put portable AC or ceiling fans in the home it had only 1 box fan that blew hot air & with the amount of rent they are asking for that shouldn't be a problem to purchase extra fans or ceiling fans. The house has a musky mildew smell d/t the lack of ventilation. I couldn't stay in the house & canceled my lease the next day. Pros: Leasing agent Cynthia is amazing & knowledgeable about real estate & I will definitely refer her services. This house is close to hilo Hospital & within 5 minutes to Walmart, Target.
