Good home for nomads!

I'm a traveling nurse that stumbled upon Kingman for an assignment in the city. Ethan is very friendly and welcoming. He is able to answer any and all questions I have. He also answers the phone as soon as possible if need be. As listed, there are minimal chores and he makes an effort to keep the common areas and bathroom clean. He is very accommodating to my work hours and makes minimal noise during the day (as I work the night shift). The location of the main hospital KRMC is about 2 or 2.5 miles away, making it an easy commute to work. Grocery stores and gas stations are also close by :) I feel safe at this property, there isn't a lot of noise from the road out in front of the house, and it's a nice place to relax after a long shift.

A home away from home

I had to very urgently move from Kansas to Kingman, Az. I was going to stay in a hotel room for a month but found myself feeling uncomfortable about the hotel for some reason, anyway I found furnish finder and found Ethan and he was very friendly on the phone and had no problem with me bringing my little dog with me. I absolutely love the house and the safety and security Ethan offers. I am renting one of the rooms and then share the common areas with the other tenants. Its peaceful, and relaxed, the amenities that are at the house are far better than a hotel would EVER be from the washer and dryer to the coffee bar with refreshments and having a refrigerator in my room is more that comfortable. Things that Ethan has thought of to make your stay better he has done it. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and feels like home. I have had to stay another month while I try to find a place to live and Ethan has made me feel more than welcome.

Refreshing Retreat

I stayed here Oct 5-9 and I felt so refreshed during my stay. I loved the comfortable western decor and extra amenities I would never find at an upscale hotel stay. The deck out back is a great place to chill, read a book, feel the fresh AZ breeze. The kitchen is spacious and gives a real at home feel. The coffee bar offers a great variety of delicious flavors. I LOVE the bathroom with its deep tub. Ethan thought of the ladies including a pro hair dryer, flat iron, and make-up mirror. The home is a convenient location for your stay in Kingman. I highly recommend for your trip to Kingman and stop along the famous route 66.
