Beautiful 3BR/2BA Gem. Close to Top Restaurants, Medical Centers, and Beach Fun

Cute beach house!

We stayed here for a month while searching for our new home, and it was the perfect place for our transition. The house was clean, comfortable, and had an impressive amount of closet and storage space, which made a longer stay so much easier. It was also well stocked with everything we needed. Paul was a fantastic hostfriendly, responsive, and always quick to help if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay. We also traveled with our dogs, and they absolutely loved the turfed backyard for playing and soaking up the sun. Moving and house hunting can be stressful, but staying here made the whole experience much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house and would happily stay here again!

Perfect home away from home

We found this three bedroom two bath house to be perfect for our stay at Jacksonville Beach. The purpose of our trip was treatment at Mayo Clinic and this house is close enough but on the Beach side of the bridge. The house was outfitted with everything you could need and the beds and furniture was all very comfortable. The backyard is fully fenced with a picnic table, grill and chairs. There is also a screened porch. The backyard is a little haven and we used it frequently. It is perfect for man and beast! Be aware that the front street is a busy street but taking a walk on the side streets is very quiet with a nearby park and lots of quiet. The upside of the busy street is the convenience of this location! The host is very responsive and caring. We highly recommend this location!

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay at this little gem! It was easy to make it our temporary home for the month we were there! The owners were so attentive and accommodating for our stay as well. They were always quick to respond whenever we communicated. Amazing couple!! The home itself is very cozy and had all the amenities and the location was very convenient. The beach and fishing pier were no more than a 3 to 5 minute drive away and all the shopping centers and parks and really anything was conveniently located and super easy to navigate! Perfect for families with kiddos and dogs!
