Absolute gem

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hazelnut and would happily stay again! The location in Fremont is fantastic - it's convenient to everything I needed, while still being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The space itself was really comfortable, with great natural light and high ceilings that made the basement feel bright and spacious. Shelli has also been wonderful to rent from. She is kind, welcoming, responsive, and has made my stay at the Hazelnut easy and comfortable. I've felt very at home during my stay and I'm so sad to be leaving. I'm incredibly grateful for such a wonderful summer here and would recommend the Hazelnut to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Seattle!

The sweetest home

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem as the first long term tenant. It wasn't hard to make it feel like home. Shelli (landlord) is the best - attentive, thoughtful to detail, responsive, and so welcoming. Not only is she extremely talented (see all of her handmade wire art and decorations), but she also made me feel at ease. The neighborhood is walkable and a great location - lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby while still being quiet and residential. My time in Seattle has been so special and a big part of that is living at the Hazelnut for 9 months. I will miss it!
