This is a quiet beach neighborhood in the Shadowlawn section of Virginia. We are 1 mile from the oceanfront boardwalk. There is a bike / walking path across the street from us that goes to the beach. There are condos and single family homes around us. There are restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. This is the perfect spot for beach living a few blocks away from the tourist noise and traffic.
