Nice little sunroom attached to the kitchen. Open layout with plenty of parking. Storage in Basement area for a couple bikes, skis, gear, boxes, etc. Covered back porch/sitting area. Washer and dryer in house. Brand new installed heat pump for good A/C and heat.

Dogs negotiable. No cats please. Fully fenced front and back yard. Blackout curtains in bedrooms. Adorable home with very easy interstate access and to downtown Sparks events! It does have some urban qualities (street noise and foot traffic), which may not be for everybody. My Favorite Stay
I had an amazing stay here while working in Reno. After long days on the job, it was such a relief to come back to a place that felt peaceful, comfortable, and truly like home. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything I needed to relax and recharge. Erika was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that came up. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great experience. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to stay in the Reno area. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Nice play to stay
I stayed here with a coworker and I have absolutely no complaints about this place. The neighborhood felt safe, the house was too, and you'll find everything you need for a long or short stay. Without exception, I would definitely recommend it.
