Kitchen lacks a complete cooking set making prepping a full meal challenging and dishes are too large for the sink, so multiple dishwasher loads a daily necessity. No T.V. Both beds are placed directly on the floor so youll hear every garage door open & door slam from the downstairs neighbors at all hours, as well as their parties that last until 3 AM. We're talking about you, 201! Main bathroom sink's hot water never worked. Only provided with 2 beach towels. Garage remote didnt work for half our time here. Landlord was more concerned if we wanted to re-sign than the remote. HOA finally stepped up, told tenants to meet at 8am in the garage to fix their remotes, but no one showed up to help us. So, for most of the contract, we would park outside, walk to the front of the building and open it from the inside. We were asked every month if we wanted to re-sign. We told them we would let them know in November (contract was up in January) what we'll do.
