Dreamy Cottage in the Woods

We were fortunate to stay at Blue Jay Cottage for two months, and it was one of the best rental experiences we have had! Lindsay is a fabulous host, her communication was excellent. Our first night at the cottage we were very jet lagged and Lindsay kindly shared some wonderful lasagne and chicken noodle soup with us, we appreciated her generosity so much. She also left us delicious chocolates and fresh flowers. The location is perfect, very quiet at the end of a dead-end street, but close enough to walk to coffee or Multnomah Village. The cottage itself has been beautifully renovated, and stocked with everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen was well appointed, the shower was hot and the bed was super comfy. We will never forget Lindsay and her family and our time at Blue Jay Cottage.

Lindsay and Gabe are the kindest hosts and were always so willing to help and answer any questions I had! The cottage was well equipped with everything I needed and I especially loved the kitchen space. The location is convenient to many different areas and it was very easy to get around. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and I loved going for walks around the area. I would definitely recommend renting this space!

Staying here has been an absolute joy. From the minute I walked in, it just felt calm and cozy. The cottage is super clean, beautifully put together, and has literally everything you need. Its the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and just enjoy being there. Wi-Fi connection was great, parking was easy, a gym close by, and the location is spot on, Multnomah Village, Trader Joes, and a bunch of cute shops and cafes are all a quick walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and really charming. The place has all the modern stuff youd want, and its clearly been set up with care. And Lindsay and Gabe are the sweetest, really responsive and just genuinely good people. Leaving is seriously tough. This place became more than just a stay, it felt like home. If its available, dont think twice, book it.
