Great location, close to both downtown Rutland and Killington/Pico ski areas. The hospital is a a short 1.7 miles from the supermarket and Walmart in downtown Rutland. Private ski locker inside building by the back door. The property is timely plowed and shoveled, The living room is comfortable and lovely, especially with the fireplace on in the winter. The bedrooms are spacious, with a desk and executive chair in one bedroom....
Space
My condo has a gas fireplace and a balcony. It was redone in 2022, with new painting, flooring, window treatments and new furniture. Although Gateway Court is right off Route 4, it feels like a cozy haven secluded in the woods.
