I stayed at Michael rental April 2026 thru May 30th 2026. Michael was very tentaive if I needed anything. He met me at the Studio apartment when I got there. He helped me unload my car and carry my stuff into the apartment. He respected my privacy. If I had any issues with anything in the apartment it got fixed right away. I would definitely rent from him again. He even shared things to do in the city while I was staying in his housing. Recommend restaurants to eat at. All around great personality. Amazing rental with quick access to the river walk and bike path

I stayed at Michael's rental for six weeks while I was completing my Family Medicine Clerkship and I would highly recommend this apartment. It is a spacious unit with an in unit washer/dryer and quiet/respectful upstairs neighbors. One of my favorite aspects was how close it was to the river and the riverside bike path. Michael was extremely lovely to rent from and even offered to provide a tour of the city. If life brings me back to the Rockford area I would definitely rent from Michael again.
