Someone best described this property as Country Living In The City. We are tucked in a eucalyptus canyon, but have 2 minute access to the freeway. I can see the bay and Point Loma from my spacious rooftop deck with a BBQ. There are international restaurants a 5 minute walk away, welcoming neighbors, and an abundance of San Diego sights and beaches moments away.

When away, Ive enjoyed renting my home for the last 14 years with Airbnb. There are 2 completely separate units. I am licensed for Short term for the separate downstairs apartment. But, upstairs must be 32 days or longer.
