Very special place!

I was fortunate to stay in Josephs guest house for 2 weeks while looking for a permanent place. Everything is exactly as pictured, both lovely and very functional. The guest house is a small studio, but is impeccably clean, full of modern, thoughtful upgrades and had everything I needed. It has one shared wall with the main house, but its a kitchen wall so there is almost never noise. The bed is comfortable and the shower works great. Most importantly, Joseph is just a real gem of a landlord/host. He was patient and flexible when it came to my changing plans. He was kind and friendly but also gave me plenty of space and privacy. Hes just very pleasant and reasonable and capable. I didnt have any problems with the unit, but I have full faith if there was some issue, he would work hard to resolve it. I would absolutely stay here again, and send my friends his way.

Perfect Location and Angelic Host!

We absolutely loved staying at this charming guest house! We used this place as a homebase for our apartment hunt moving to LA this fall, and could not have had a better experience. The location is central, safe, and close to lots of attractions and convenient spots in Hollywood, and was a perfect spot to get our bearings on the city as we found our long-term home. We were able to park two cars consistently over the course of the month, and had an easy time walking to most day to day necessities. The space is lovely, but the host, Joseph, is what really sets the place apart. He went above and beyond getting us an additional parking pass, making sure we were settling in, answering questions as they arose, and generally making sure our transition was as easy as possible. Do yourself a favor, and set yourself up for not only convenient accommodations, but also a solicitous, generous, straight-forward host who will make sure your stay is as good as it gets. Couldn't recommend more!
