One of the most appealing aspects of this home is its sense of neighborhood vibe - despite being just moments from the vibrant energy of Seattle. While you're tucked away in your own cozy area, occasional sounds from floatplanes flying above, music from the boaters on Lake Union and traffic along Westlake is a reminder how close you are to all the action a city has to offer.
This bright and spacious lower level unit in a charming triplex offers comfortable living with plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy an open floor plan that seamlessly connects a generous kitchen, cozy living area and a full size bedroom. Step outside to your own private covered patio or uncovered sunny deck - perfect for relaxing or having meals outside. Laundry is on-site, shared and free to use.
amazing view
We loved staying here for the first few months of our arrival in Seattle. The space is very cozy, with large water-facing windows, a big kitchen, and a large patio. It's also very quiet, which was important to me as a light sleeper. Very convenient for commuting downtown and right next to a bike lane. Susan is very kind and quick to respond to any concerns! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Truly was an oasis during a difficult time
This property was a haven during a distressing period when my husband and I were displaced from our home. The owner was kind, accommodating, responsive - and patient with our uncertain end date. The friendly upper unit neighbors restored our faith in humanity. ;-) The space is large, open, and bright, with an MCM vibe and Lake Union view peeking through trees. It was big enough for our two work-from-home set ups. The kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space; the back door leads to an expansive patio area. Feeding the neighborhood bunnies became our entertaining pastime. In addition to bedroom and bath (heated towel bar is a nice touch!), there's a small storage space at the back of the unit, too. Shared laundry is on the same level. The unit is well-stocked and conveniently located on a bus line that travels downtown frequently. There's a small grocery store two blocks away and restaurants nearby, too. Our experience here was stellar; we recommend highly.
