Neighborhood overview
Small quant island in Mashpee, MA with a private beach on Waquoit Bay. Beautiful sunsets and easy access/short walk to the beach. Mashpee Commons a fantastic outdoor shopping mall has great stores/boutiques, multiplex movie theater and many restaurants and is 3 miles away. Two grocery stores are within 3 miles as well. Downtown Falmouth is a 20 minute car ride away with restaurants and shops.

Favorite Hidden Gem
My sister and I had the opportunity to stay at this property for the last month and a half of our time on the Cape and what an absolute DREAM. The cottage is adorable, clean and brand new. The location is unbeatable - this tiny island is so perfect, you can walk around the entire thing and see water from all sides. It truly felt like an escape. Our only regret is that we didn't find it sooner and get to enjoy it during summer which I'm sure is incredible (there's the cutest beach just down the street). Elyse and Dave were the perfect hosts and live next door. So fun to walk around the island and say hi to neighbors. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend this property. We've stayed at 10 properties from Furnished Finders during my travel nursing journey so far and this was by far a favorite.
