This rental is a lower unit, but we have stayed here for 4 years off and on and it feels light, airy and comfortable. Fully furnished and outfitted with all linens, appliances, and kitchen items. The unit has 2 bedrooms and can potentially sleep 4 but would be much more comfortable and livable with a maximum of 2. Great Place To Stay
I stayed in this unit for 3 months and it was the perfect place to call home temporarily. Steve and Ilene were great hosts! Very responsive and friendly. The property is located on a quiet road and is walking distance to many different restaurants, shops, and workout facilities. Would love to stay here again if I return to Denver
Great place in Wheat Ridge
This apartment was a great fit for my daughter and me during our three-month stay while I was searching for a home in the Denver metro area. The location is excellent—very central, with easy access to downtown Denver and the surrounding suburbs, as well as nearby restaurants and parks. The unit is nicely furnished and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, there are plenty of towels and bedding, and we especially appreciated the two workspaces and the in-unit washer and dryer. Steve and Ilene are wonderful landlords—responsive, friendly, and accommodating from the very first contact. Having a dedicated off-street parking spot right by the entrance and being able to park our motorcycles in the garage were great bonuses. Highly recommended!
