Highly recommend this home

We cannot say enough good things about David as a landlord. Our family of 3 adults and 4 children rented his fully furnished 4-bedroom home for 10 months while searching for a house, and it was exactly what we needed. The home was clean, spacious, well maintained, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to schools, shopping, parks, and restaurants. The large yard, gazebo, and play equipment gave our children plenty of space to play and create wonderful memories. David was respectful, quiet, and always mindful of our privacy while living in the basement unit. He was also incredibly kind and generous, often sharing meals with our family and making us feel genuinely welcome. We are truly grateful for our experience and highly recommend both David and his home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly rental. Any future tenant would be fortunate to rent from someone so caring and thoughtful.
