Cute and Quiet
The owner Terri is approachable and fair. I’ve rented from her the past two years as a college student from out of state looking to stay in VA for the summers. Upon working with her, it is obvious the comfort of her tenants is a priority. Issues were addressed in a timely manner with consideration for tenant privacy. The property is located in a beautiful spot and is well maintained. This house is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to find a quiet spot to land just a few minutes out of Ashland. It is well suited for folks who enjoy being able to watch both sunrise and sunset from the same lawn chair. Its location offers easy access to both I-95 and Route 64 for anyone working in the surrounding counties.

A happy, healing haven
My husband and I stayed for seven week's in Terri's lovely home, and it was everything we needed. In our case, my husband was recovering from some health challenges, so the peaceful color palette and one-story living were just right. But the house is ideal for just about any type of stay. From the moment we arrived to vibrant, fresh-cut flowers and a basket of snacks and esentials, we felt completely welcome. It's nice having Terri nearby, as she was always available and helpful for any needs that might arise, but we enjoyed complete privacy throughout. The house is spacious enough and the fresh, clean, newly remodeled kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Easy to find, yet with the kind of views you expect from a place that's more secluded, the home was everything we'd hoped and then some. I recommend it to anyone searching for a place that feels refreshing and like home.

Amazing place
Spacious and nice. I lived here with two other girls over the summer from June to August and it was perfect. It was right by my internship and the landlord was so nice and supportive throughout the entire summer. It felt like a home away from home and the decor and sunsets made it feel like I was on a constant vacation
