Highly recommend
I stayed at Hulya's place for 3 months and really enjoyed my stay. The condo has tall ceilings and large windows with a lot of natural light which was really nice in the winter months. It's minimalistic but it had all I needed. It's right on 45th with many great restaurants around but it faces south so I did not notice the business of the street at all. Hulya was a great landlord and overall I would highly recommend staying here.
