Lovely Home!

This is a lovely home, remodeled with love and care by Michael and his special family. All the amenities make for quick move-in and living and the daily care is so simple. Location provides easy access to all areas of Phoenix and the Sunbird community provides many social opportunities. I highly recommend this house for an extended stay summer or winter!

Awesome stay!

We are snowbirds and rented Michael's house for four months over the winter. The house has been totally remodeled, and everything was immaculate. The entire house is tastefully decorated and made to feel like home. We had everything we needed, with a fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable king-sized bed to sleep in. We had guests for three nights and they were very comfortable in the guest bedroom too. We met a lot of the neighbors at the resort and that was a bonus to find so many friendly people around. We truly enjoyed our stay, and only wish it were for longer. Michael was a great landlord too, easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had. You can't go wrong with staying here--5 stars out of 5!
