California Junction is nearby with restaurants, shops and a charming Sunday farmers market. Walkable grocery stores. Target is a 10 min. drive.

I had the opportunity to stay at Lauras for about 7 months in 2024 and would recommend it to anyone! Laura has truly thought of everythingbrand new kitchen (with dishwasher), large front-load laundry, and tons of storage: a queen bed with under-bed storage, closet with shelves, large dresser, coat/shoe nook by the door, spacious hallway walk-in closet, and extra cabinets in the bathroom/laundry. The private entrance overlooks a peaceful backyard, with sun chairs and big bright windows that fill the space with natural light. A/C keeps things cool on hot days. The location is unbeatablejust a short walk to restaurants, cafs, and the farmers market on California Ave, and a quick drive to the West Seattle Bridge and I-5. Free and easy street parking on a quiet residential street. Laura is incredibly friendly, gracious, and responsive to any needs or requests. I would have stayed longer if I could!
