Clean, Comfortable Stay with an Amazing Host

We have had an incredible stay. The space had everything to move in and plenty of space for personal items. The bed was comfortable, the layout accommodating, and the vibe was welcoming. We needed a safe, quiet, clean space to call our temporary home for 6 months, and we have been more than pleased. The space is set up like an apartment, well lit with windows along one side, and includes a kitchenette that is great for light cooking. For bigger meals, we were able to use the kitchen whenever we needed. I am extremely particular and let the host know before I moved in. She was empathetic, understanding, and even provided flexible accommodations for our special needs. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Great Experience!

After reading the review from the tenant before me I was hesitant, but the space seemed perfect for my needs so I took a chance, and I am so glad I did! The host was warm and welcoming. She has created a very cute space that feels like a mini apartment and she was super responsive and friendly. She provided everything I needed to move in right while my items were in storage - the space comes with a very comfortable bed, linens, and household staples. While I had a place to prepare some meals, the host was flexible and accommodating when I needed to use the full kitchen and had everything I could need. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while I waited to close on my new home. Thank you so much!

Roomate from hell!

I stayed here for only 14 days and it was a nightmare. The host seemed nice at first but quickly turned controlling and erratic. When I asked if I could light incense, her entire demeanor changed. She kept the AC blasting on chilly days; when I politely asked her to turn it down she gaslit me, insisting it wasnt on even though I felt the air from the vents. She threw a blanket down the stairs instead of handing it to me. She nitpicked my recycling despite items being rinsed, and shifted rules about dishessaying it was fine to leave a few, then texting that she didnt have time to clean up after me. After a 12-hour shift she was in the kitchen waiting to ambush me to talk, then later blasted her TV so loud I could hear every word in the basement. She even installed cameras days after I moved in, claiming it was for security, yet often left the door wide open and unlocked while I was asleep downstairs. Gaslighting, nitpicking, unsafe environmentdont rent here. Have proof of it all!
