When Ginny says this is a "safe place for a woman to come home to" she means it!! I can't recommend this listing enough for other female nurses who just need some R&R after a long shift. Ginny is arguably the best landlord I have had, and I've been traveling and renting for quite some time now. She is kind, respectful and a true asset to the WNC community. She prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of her tenants and is highly responsive. It isn't often you find such a perfect place, and even more rare to find a fabulous landlord. The location is ideal, especially if you enjoy unwinding with the natural beauty of Asheville. The unit is well maintained. With the exception of a black bear here and there, I never encountered a single problem. The neighbors are precious and this is a community that clearly cares. Ginny and this neighborhood will forever have a special place in my heart. I couldn't have had a better stay. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
