Great 3 months

Stayed while on hospital contract for 3 months. Was wonderful!!! Full washer and dryer in room. Lovely house, quiet, and Natalie is amazing. Will definitely be back if ever doing another contract out that way.

Fine

My 4 week long stay with Natalie was pleasant. There was an issue with overbooking that resulted in me having to stay in a spare bedroom with no private bathroom for the first week (despite having paid a deposit several months prior). No price adjustment was offered. Other than that, the stay was fine.

As a favor, Sarah asked if she could leave her car at my place for 4 days before she actually checked in and I agreed. At the time, I was renting to a nurse who got her contract extended and I explained to Sarah that there would be an overlap of about a Week but I also sent her a video of a room and bathroom she could have until hers was available. She said she wanted the room and could have canceled right then and there and discussed a discount but that did not happen. As a favor, I picked her up at the airport saving her the expense of getting an Uber. As a favor she asked if her boyfriend could sleep over for three nights and I agreed. He stayed two nights but still. I ask all my guests for their schedules so I know what's what. She stated she could not give it to me because she never knew from day to day what it was, whatever that meant. I just let it go. She held the review Ransom until I sent her her security deposit back which I did immediately. For a month stay, lots of??'s

One of the best finds in Manchester!

I did a contract in Concord and stayed with Natalie in her beautiful Manchester home. It is an easy 15-20 min drive to Concord. Natalie's home is beautifully decorated and cared for. The room I stayed in has a comfortable queen sized bed, my own bathroom, tv, closet, dressers and a new washer and dryer for the tenants private use in the bedroom. Full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room. Natalie is one of a kind. A loving soul who has spent a lifetime opening her home to others. I appreciated her continuous kindness. I highly recommend a stay at this property. Due to circumstances outside of my control, I had to leave early. Otherwise, I would have stayed for three months.

Amazing Place to Stay

My stay with Natalie was wonderful!! She's the best. She is so sweet and helpful and always wanting to make sure your needs are met. Her home is always kept in tip top shape, and has a warm, homey feel. The location for me was perfect. Also, having a designated parking spot was great! The only downside to my stay is that it's over! Thanks for everything Natalie!

Quiet, with easy access to highway and Elliot Hospital

This is a beautifully kept room in a very tidy home—clearly loved and maintained with care. Natalie is very kind, has a keen eye for cleanliness, and keeps a truly showcase home. The location was very convenient to a grocery store, highway access, and my contract at Elliot Hospital. The neighborhood is also very safe and quiet.
