Quiet condo near the beach and downtown. Perfect temporary home. We should have all the amenities that you would need as the condo is fully furnished and ready for a monthly rental or longer.

Neighborhood overview
Very quiet area on the north end of Pleasure Island in Carolina Beach. This is a gated community and home to many permanent and long term residents. There is ample parking and you will have two parking passes. There is a short walk to the beach along a private walkway. You are only minutes away from downtown CB and all the restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets on the island as well. You will not believe how quiet this area...

Communicative Landlord and Wonderful Community
We loved this condo and were so appreciative of how communicative Chad was throughout our stay. We loved the neighbors in the complex and became friends with many of them in the three months we were there. The pool was an awesome perk and the condo is also a very quick walk to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood was idyllic and so much fun to enjoy even when we were there off season.

Great Condo
This condo was beautiful and a nice quiet location. It was close to all amenities. The owner was very easy to deal with and was always available for any questions we had. Also very accommodating as we have 2 children and a small dog. The condo offered all the amenities of home and more. We had everything we needed to cook. The wifi is excellent. Lots of space. We really enjoyed our 3 months here.
