Great stay!!

I had a great experience staying in this apartment, so much so that when I needed to extend my work contract, resigning to stay was without hesitation. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and felt like home from the start. Mrs. Boyd was responsive and easy to communicate with whenever anything came up, and the location was convenient and quiet. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to future tenants!!

Be mindful of the stay

I wanted to write this review with the hopes that folks who live here in the future know what to expect of the unit. The location is amazing. I have fully fallen in love with Lafayette. Before I had moved in I had asked about leaks in the unit and they had said there wasn't any. About ten days in I kept having sinus issues that just would not clear up. I found an area on both the island as well as on the floor that looked like there must have been a leak. The subfloor has not been repaired as there are soft spots. I asked the owners and they had said that there had been a dishwasher leak. Had I known this prior to moving in that would have been helpful for me to make a different choice especially with my allergies. I am writing this review for anyone who might be sensitive to mold as I am as then you won't be wasting your time. Just be mindful of the sales pitch.
