The house is on the water, and I mean on the water. You walk out the backdoor french doors to a beautifully furnished deck with a fire pit, heater, cold plunge, seating, and a ramp that goes down to the dock where you can use the paddle boards, kayak, or something that you may bring yourself.

Furnished downstairs bedroom with private bath. The house has a furnished deck with a fire pit and a heater. It also includes a dock that you could have a kayak or paddleboard on. You will share the space with myself and u have two daughters that stay twice a week.

The house is in the Channel Islands Harbor with lost of water activities like, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, lots of restaurants, shops, and farmers markets. The neighborhood is very welcoming and tight nit. We all look out for each other, Great neighbors and the beach is right across the street. Me and my kids just load up a wagon and walk to the beach.
