Room in a home close to everything! Walmart, Sams club, and the interstate is just 3 minutes away. My place is always clean and would expect the tenant to be the same. There would never be more than me and the renter living in the space. I prefer a female renter, and someone who works day shift. I am a nurse and I do have a wonderful mini Australian Shepard.

Great place to live
Abbey is a great roommate (her dog is also a sweetheart and extremely well trained). I lived here a little over a year and loved it. Abbey keeps to herself but is very sweet and always doing something fun so if youre new to the area shes a great way to get to know Knoxville. The house is clean and in a great location to get just about anywhere you need in town. Would highly recommend living here!
