This property is a brand new facility with all the amenities it is a university area Dillard it is a very quiet area. Im the owner and I stay on the property. There is a complete security system with lighting all around. There local grocery, convenience, and pharmacies with in a fifteen minutes drive. The property will be maintained by the owner.
