Egret Room...King En Suite with walk in closet.

Kitchen features all industrial grade appliances and includes one full freezer and one full refrigerator. Also includes Keurig, "regular" coffee pot, tea kettle, crock pot, Air Fryer, Ninja, nutri-bullet, the list goes on. Aside from having groceries delivered (Food Lion, Kroger, Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, Publix and Lowe's Foods are all within a five minute drive) you shouldn't need anything for cooking!

we keep a shoeless house when we are here...you are welcome to do as you please, but in case you also kick off at the front door, this entryway area is available.

I was joking with friends about which one of these was a spatula? But good frame of reference for how many options there are for cooking utensils!

Built in 2016, this unit was used as the "show piece" for the rest of the community. Owner is an architect and guided the interior design of the build. Interior design includes local art and furniture pieces, and even includes decorated for Christmas! Lots of light, but also light blocking shades in all the bedrooms. HOA takes care of water, trash, landscaping, outdoor pest control. Pets accepted with prior approval and let...

Space

Brick Townhome, end Unit wiht extra large windows and glass doors, and lots of light! Lush shaded back patio, and views of our community's beautiful Live Oaks and Spanish Moss. We furnished this home for us to live in: cook's kitchen, local art, comtemporary furnishings. Renters have access to Huntington Beach State Park pass. Owners live locally and are happy to give kayak tours of the marsh.

Neighborhood overview

Shady Oaks is a lovely townhome community with, yes, Shady Live Oaks! Easy walking distance to area restaurants, the world famous Marshwalk, apothecary, yoga and more. Right on the bike path, it is also an easy bike ride to Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and the Waccamaw Community Hospital.
