Centrally Located 2-Bedroom Near Downtown Kannapolis

Amazing stay!!!

This is the cutest little house in a safe, quiet, neighborhood perfectly situated in Kannapolis. Anything you want to go to including Concord, is less than 15 minutes away. Everything in Kannapolis is 4 to 6 minutes from the house and then if you want get to target or a mall, it's about 14 minutes. Delivery comes easily to the house as well. It was me and three children, and it was awesome. Very cozy. Very clean. We loved the mattresses and living room furniture. Caroline is excellent at communicating. If you need anything, she texts you back. This is probably the best experience of furnished rentals I've ever had.

Perfect cottage for a summer internship

My son was hired by a company in Kannapolis (we live in Texas) and needed a summer rental with everything and Caroline's cottage fit the bill - and the bonus was Caroline herself! The cottage was spotless on move in, had everything we needed down to towels, plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. we showed up with clothes and needed nothing else. Beds were comfy, son said the couch was very comfortable. Caroline was super responsive throughout his stay and we loved meeting her in person on move out. For a first time away from home, the cottage was the perfect.

Wonderful Stay!!

I would like to start with how wonderful Caroline is! If I needed anything or there was an issue, she handled it ASAP! I didn't feel well during my move-out window & Caroline allowed me to extend it a couple of days with no hesitation! This house is wonderful & the neighborhood is very peaceful & quiet! The beds & couch were so comfortable & it was nice to have a television in every room! There were nice blackout curtains that were wonderful if you work the night shift. There's a driveway in the back if you don't want to park on the street. It's also near a lot of stores & restaurants & it's a 12-minute drive to Cabarrus if you're a medical traveler. I truly enjoyed my stay here & you won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here!
