Great stay for travelers

Stayed here three months while working at IU Health. Close drive to hospitals and downtown, and plenty to do. Enjoyed exploring the Fountain Square area and Garfield Park (and farmer's market during spring/summer months!). Brynn was also super friendly and easy to work with and kept the common areas clean.

Great place to stay

I'm a travel nurse, and I stayed here for 3 months during my work contract. The place was as pictured and well kept. The owner responded quickly to messages. She also did a great job of managing the place and making sure that I had everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable. The place is close to local shopping, downtown, and the highway for ease of travel. There are also cameras outside and locks on the doors, so I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area for work.

Enjoyed my stay!

What a wonderful spot in a spacious clean property. Close to all of Indy! Lots of restaurants close by and the farmers market down the street! House was kept clean and the kitchen was my favorite part! I got to cook lots of good meals. Sad I had to move. 10/10 recommended

Excellent

This was an excellent stay. I was in Indy for a month for work and had a queen bed with a shared bathroom. The room was great with a desk that was perfect for what I needed. The bathroom was spacious and kept clean with routine cleanings of common spaces by the landlord. Also, it was super nice having the laundry room right by my bedroom. Highly recommend this spot.
