Cozy spot, great neighbors
I found Chris and Molly’s place during a big transition in my life and it was the perfect cozy place to land. The furnishings and space make it feel thoughtful and welcoming. Great neighborhood, I walked to Knotts park most days. Other conveniences close by. I most appreciated Chris and Molly during my stay though. Chris was a great, communicative landlord. Molly is a wonderful upstairs neighbor, is thoughtful and helpful. Also super responsive to anything that needs to be done in the apartment. Great spot!
Such a Gem!
Chris's place is an absolute steal of a find! Not only is this place cozy, the backyard and neighborhood is an added plus. Knott park down the street, grocery stores and restaurants within walking range and close enough to freeways for quick access to everywhere in town as well as the gorge. For the price you can't find better! Chris is so communicative and a wonderful landlord; due to some personal issues I had to end my lease early, he was very understanding and worked with me so we could both benefit at the end of the day.
