Exceptional!

Mrs. Joyce and Mr. Stuart went above and beyond to make sure my stay was quiet and comfortable. The unit was clean and well organized and very peaceful. There's no traffic, but reasonably close to anything I needed. These folks are wonderful people and very accommodating, fair, and lovely to chat with. I will be staying here again the first chance I get. Five stars, wonderful! Thanks so much! Y'all are amazing!

Peaceful, Well-Maintained Seacoast Apartment in a Prime Location

I lived in this apartment and really enjoyed my time there. The space was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The appliances, finishes, and amenities are high quality, and having in-unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen made daily life easy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of wildlife, and there was always more than enough parking. It also feels private without being remote. Location-wise, its in a great spot. Close to Portsmouth, the Kittery outlets, York Beach, and the rest of the Seacoast. Super convenient without the noise or traffic. The landlords were kind, respectful of my privacy, and quick to respond if anything came up. Id absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-cared-for, peaceful rental in the area.
