Excellent House and Property with a Responsive and Helpful Landlord

The house was prepared for our stay in a better state than even the pictures would show. House was well furnished and the neighborhood was safe and quiet area. JoAn was very helpful before and during our stay and very proactive in any inquiries or resolving any issues that came up.

The house was exactly as described in the listing, actually far more, because JoAn furnished it with things far beyond our expectations, every little thing, and several nice extras came with the place! JoAn herself is also extremely responsive, both before and during our stay. Anytime we had a question she would promptly reply. The house itself is very well maintained and JoAn goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect working order. Other than that everything works well, the house is very charming, and the expansive backyard is great (they have a gardner that maintains it). My best renting experience thus far!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. Joan and Cody were wonderful hosts. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The house is clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed so it made our stay very comfortable. The backyard is huge with lots of space for the kids to run around and play. The views are amazing too. Highly recommend staying here!
