Serene hideaway in the middle of absolutely everything - AND seriously pet friendly! Stayed several months while working in the area and the outside deck was perfect for unwinding and squirrel watching after a long day. I would recommend this beautifully-appointed, cozy hideaway to anyone (:

ADU + You = Great Decision

Weve lived here for 2.5 years and would stay forever if it was just going to remain us two. Place: Tucked away on a quiet street behind two, wooden fences awaits an oasis. It has a large front patio and a deck in the back surrounded by redwoods and birds. The inside is filled with natural light, open space, and every amenity you need: dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, washer/dryer, wi-fi, etc. It's furnished AND youll have access to all kinds of streaming services. The neighborhood features wide streets, a community of friendly neighbors, and a convenient location minutes from downtown Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill BART, and the Iron Horse Trail. Landlords: They are responsive, respectful of your privacy, promptly address any needs/fixes with care and efficiency, and overall wonderful. Although we were apprehensive about relocating from TX with our two large dogs, choosing to move into the most charming ADU with landlords that became family turned into a lovely experience.
