Hi there :). We are a two person family living in a split home. We recently renovated our downstairs apartment in a great Olympia neighborhood. All utilities are included along with Wi-Fi. The unit includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen space and eating space. The laundry space is shared with the downstairs apartments bathroom (typically on Sunday afternoons).
