Bathrooms are finished in tile and feature thoughtful upgrades: one has a frameless glass walk-in shower with marbled walls and river rock flooring, while the other m...

Winter in Tempe!
We spent 6 weeks at Derek’s house this past winter. House was very comfortable to move into. Location was convenient and private. Loved having fenced in yard for our 2 hounds! Derek was very responsive when we had to message him about anything. It was a first for us and we appreciate his quick hospitality. I would recommend this house.

Property Review
We stayed at this home with our dog and it was so pet friendly. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. The house is so livable and gives off beach vibes. Nice sized living room , dining room, kitchen and wet bar all open to one another. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient to the entire valley with major freeways I 10, 60, 101 and the 202 just minutes away. Two large malls - Chandler Fashion Center and Scottsdale Fashion Square are nearby. Many restaurants, movie theaters and attractions are in the area. Would definitely stsy here again!
