Our cottage has been recently remodeled with new queen bed/mattress, LVT flooring, two entry doors, and new composite shower. The space is flooded with cheerful natural light. Friendly landlords live on site. Garbage, utilities, and laundry access are all included. Food prep area with small refrigerator and small oven.

The renovated 1930's adobe cottage is surrounded by mature trees. The entire property contains three separate dwellings with shared outdoor laundry room. Tenant has access to private outdoor firepit.
