Wonderful Venice Beach Stay

I spent a month in a beautiful room right on the beach in Venice Beach. Heidi was spot-on that the air conditioning wasnt needed the breeze and fan kept it comfortable the whole time. The place felt secure and safe in a good area. You're 5 minutes to anywhere.There's tons of restaurants and shopping and you're literally just steps away from the beach , it's beautiful. Heidi was incredibly helpful and kind. She walked me through how to do things, stayed responsive any time something came up (even at odd hours), and was always trustworthy and on the spot. Shes a hard worker who goes above and beyondshe honestly deserves to get paid double for everything she does. Enjoyable stay overall. If I come back, Id definitely look for a place she manages. Highly recommend.

5 Stars - I Ended Up Loving This Location

I was excited to stay in Venice because I knew it was such an iconic part of LA, but a few people had warned me about safety, so I was a little nervous about actually living here. I originally planned to stay temporarily and then move, but within a few weeks I was asking if I could stay for the rest of my time in LA! The location completely won me over. I loved being able to walk to the beach, Abbot Kinney, restaurants and coffee shops, and having the ocean and beautiful sunsets right outside my door. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and really enjoyed living here. Parking is street only, but once I learned to look farther down Westminster toward Main/Abbot Kinney, I could usually find a spot within a short walk. Heidi was responsive and flexible throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again-the location was an easy 5/5.
