Cozy Basement Apartment with Utilities & Housekeeping Included

Great place and great host!

I really enjoyed staying in Jody's basement apartment. It was incredibly clean and well organized, and had everything I could have possibly needed. The neighborhood is great as well. I enjoyed going for morning and evening walks on the nature trail that was just down the street from the house. Jody was always quick to respond to anything that came up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in Denver!

Cozy Cave

This was such a cozy, thoughtful, and beautifully decorated space - very well put together by a wonderful host! Jody was kind and helpful, and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable during my stay for the month. I appreciated how she handled all interactions with care, and you can absolutely feel that same level of care within the living space.

Basement apt

Jody's apt was the nicest basement apt ever! Everything you could need and super convenient location. Jody was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone needing a quiet safe place to stay for a while!

Great Property, Great Location, Great Landlord

Fantastic property in a very cute neighborhood. I stayed there this summer for a job, and it was a very convenient location. Very easy to get downtown and no issues regarding parking. Landlord is very responsive to renter's needs and issues on the property. All appliances are in working order and make the space even more convenient. Plenty of storage space. I was very sad to move out at the end of the summer
